Controls present in the application
- Credential-based authentication with hashed passwords.
- Role-gated customer dashboard and administrator areas.
- Server-side voice-provider and database credentials held in environment configuration.
- Per-user agent ownership checks on call-history access, with administrator override.
- Structured call logs, status, duration and provider-returned transcript or recording references when available.
Controls not represented as universal
The current repository does not evidence SSO, exportable audit reports, a customer-facing retention console, guaranteed regional hosting or security certifications. These are not marketed as included features.
