Customer services are governed by a separate signed agreement. These website terms do not replace that contract.

Website information

The website describes the current product direction and known limitations. It is not legal advice, a compliance guarantee, a service-level commitment or a promise that every configuration is available in every country.

Demonstration calls

A demonstration call is placed only after the separate checkbox is accepted and its record is stored. Permission covers one requested automated AI-voice call and is not a condition of purchase. Abuse controls may reject repeated requests.

Paid pilots

A submitted pilot request is an enquiry, not an order. Price, connected-minute allowance, telephony, overages, support, integrations, tax, permitted audience, acceptance criteria and timing must be approved in writing.

Content and availability

Do not rely on the website as a substitute for a signed scope. Blastr may correct content or withdraw an unsupported claim or capability.
